Nelson is a former Chinese restaurant child laborer who was raised across several states by a single mom. He currently consults data science for the largest publicly traded real estate company in the world and managing $35M in assets for accredited and nonaccredited investors at his company Subtle Asset Management

He has engineering degrees from Columbia University and Cal Poly SLO, and was a techie at Apple and Microsoft before starting real estate.

Annie was raised in San Francisco by a strong-willed, but disabled mother in a single-parent household. Section 8 low-income housing with school loans to purchasing 6 investment properties within 6 years (2014-2020) while working for non-profits in the education industry. Her financial goal is to reach Financial Independence (FIRE) before 45.
